Process
1. Initial Discussion
Construction of your Dream Home starts with Initial Discussion for the requirements gathering and explain our Services and Packages.
2. Drawings and Package Finalization
Based on the Requirements we will design the Drawings and finalize the Package as per the design.
3. Agreement Signed
We cover all aspects of the construction Specification along with the Project Timeline and Payment Schedules duly mentioned and signed.
4. Booking
2% of the Base Floor as Booking Advance to commence the project
5. Project Life Cycle
Create a Project Life Cycle with the Progress Tracker on the time and tasks
6. Weekly Updates
Next Week works planned discussed in advance & Share the weekly Status
7. Project Completion
Hand over your Dream Home with a happy note 🙂
8. Warranty
Enjoy 10 year Warranty structure and Underground Sump 1 year warranty seepage on construction service and 1 year general warranty on Electrical wiring/switches, Plumbing fittings and accessory and carpentry work.
